Once upon a time, an uprising lord of the Northern Lands said to himself:
"When the neighbour´s realm is in your way, why dont just overrun it?"
So he gathered his troops and went to crush the opposing kingdom...not knowing that his neighbour got the exact same idea.
Thus began a war which lasted many years, and neither of the realms was able to win. At the end, nothing remained but the many corpes of brave soldiers and two walls facing each other.
The corpses were soon eaten by wolves, giant monster rabbits and other fearsome creatures; the walls however stayed at their place and were often used for warfare...even today, as you will soon see!
So, after much discussion, we found the best solution to give the crowd the PvP that it deserves!
General
A Warzone is a PvP Zone with special rules! (you cant build/destoy like in the Wilderness, Friendly Fire etc.)
Why should you control warzones?
Every warzone that you controll will earn you a reward of 3,000 coins each week! Payday will be saturday, same time as the for the village taxes!
On which days can you conquer Warzones?
You can conquer different Warzones all over the Week!
Monday: Castle Ruins
Tuesday: Jungle Temple
Wednesday: Castle Ruins
Thursday: Jungle Temple
Friday: Seafight
Saturday: Seafight
Sunday: Seafight
Remember: You can only conquer Warzones between 12 PM and 9 PM (GMT + 1)
What Warzones are there?
Currently, there are three Warzones:
Warzone 1 - Castle Ruins
A long abandoned castle
-> Difficult terrain as well and many gateways/shortcuts and obstacles will make it harder to defend this area as you might think!
-> Type /warp Warzone1 to get there!
Warzone 2 - Seafight
Two xebecs encounter a mighty battleship on the open seas
-> Use boats to board the ships, and get to the grog before the enemy does!
-> Type /warp Warzone2 to get there!
Warzone 3- Jungle Temple
A hidden Sanctum inmidst of a rain forest
-> Many ways to get into the Temple, deep forest, traps: Fights will always be fun here :>
-> Type /warp Warzone3 to get there!
Now, how can you conquer a Warzone?!
As soon as you have reached a Warzone, you can conquer it for your faction!
To do so, put at least 3 of your people inside the Warzone and tell a staff member!
This staff member will then inform everyone about this conquest via broadcast! The enemy got 30 minutes to intervene!
In case that there is a fight, a 15minutes timer (announced by the staff member) will count down!
Use the time and keep the enemy out of the Zone, or drive him off there!
The one faction that is completely controlling the Warzone after 15 minutes will win the battle!
(TNT Cannons are NOT allowed during a Warzone battle!)
If you are successfull, your flag will be placed on the flagpole of that Warzone! Remember to create an own 3x3 Banner for your faction!
